Here is a spectacular clock. English made, probably by National Time Recorders Limited, but no markings to confirm that.

Made around the 1940s.

This was originally an exterior clock and the case shows the wear that that would have entailed.

The dial, that is completely hand-painted, is in excellent condition all bar a few marks, as too are the hands.

The top of the case had been altered and/or adapted at some time, and a covering hatch has been fitted to cover this.

This huge piece requires a mains electric motor to power the large hands so will require a standard mains supply. It will be fully guaranteed for 12 months.
